Granite Run Mall is totally 1 million square foot that is open for many years since 1974.Nowadays this mall is plan to lease a more wider space in the Philadelphia area.This plan will make some cosmetic improvements for Granite Run.Although there exists some difficulties,the neccesities to lease this important and valuable place will bring a large sum of assets to the community.New landscaping, parking-lot enhancements, exterior-lighting improvements, sprucing up the interior and addressing security issues are among projects under way or soon to begin.The mall new managers noted the prime importance to secure the tenants for more than 40 stores.Several new jobs will bring to people living in this community.While the school and township district will charge of tax.
